The normal diameter of the brush wire is 0.3mm, the hair length is 15mm, and the spacing is 20mm. The thickness of the brush bottom plate is 10mm. With a low frictional resistance and carrying capacity of up to 2000 kg per square meter, tufted Brush Plates are constructed on a synthetic or fibre board core in any shape or size up to 1200 mm x 2500 mm. Lath Brushes are versatile rectangular shaped brush with numerous combinations of brush fill, density and tuft pattern. Constructed on a synthetic, wood, aluminium or steel core, tufts of fill material machine stapled, resin set or hand wire drawn into the core.
